We’re here to help! At The Arches, we act as a friendly hub of information and support, connecting you with a wide range of organizations and services. Whether you’re looking for self-help groups, national organizations, funding opportunities, local government resources, or advice on available grants, we’re here to point you in the right direction.

Our team is always on hand to offer a warm welcome and help with any questions, challenges, or concerns. If we don’t have the answers, we’ll do our very best to connect you with someone who does—because no one should feel like they’re facing things alone.

We’re also proud to be the local branch for the Rhayader and Llandrindod Foodbank, supporting individuals and families in need. Whether it’s a query about accessing the foodbank or finding the right support for your situation, our team is here to guide you with understanding and care.

We’re proud to host regular advice surgeries, offering free, friendly support to help with a wide range of needs. Whether you’re seeking legal guidance, community advice, IT support, or help with employment and training, we’ve got you covered.

All surgeries are free of charge, but donations are always welcome to help us continue providing this valuable support.

Our main meeting room is a delightfully light, airy and comfortable space for informal training sessions or meetings; the room may also lend itself for more formal requirements.
Currently the room can take a maximum of 15.
​
The meeting room is on the first floor, with a lift which accommodates a wheelchair.
​
We can provide tea and coffee. Alternatively, you may bring your own refreshments.
​
The Arches is situated in the middle of Rhayader next to the town clock. Free parking is available 100m away at the Smithfield Market yard on a Monday or Tuesday. Alternative Free parking is at Cwmdauddwr (a short walk away) or for a small fee in the Town Car Park (150m).
